We are pleased to announce that after over 18 months of demolition and construction on site, the 9 storey, 32,000 sq ft (NIA) commercial office project at 48 Pall Mall has now reached the ‘topping-out’ stage.
Designed by Trehearne Architects and constructed by Galliford Try, this BREEAM ‘Excellent’, Grade A office building is situated at the heart of London in the St James’ area. The retention of the elegant French Renaissance style facade designed by Hyman and Marcus Collins dating from the mid 1890’s plays a central part to the project.
Prior to demolition the previous building on the site was the home of the British Legion’s London office, occupied from 1951, following a direct bomb hit to 48 Pall Mall during World War II.
Core Five is appointed as Employers Agent and Cost Consultant by the Client, Vesta PC Ltd. Real Estate Management UK Ltd is the Development Manager.
