Chris has extensive experience across a wide range of commercial and residential-led developments and has successfully delivered a number of high quality residential schemes within the London market. Chris has been responsible for many of London’s residential tower schemes and has acted for many of the UK’s leading developers. During 16 years at Davis Langdon, Chris was a Partner for 8 years and was Head of Private Residential across UK and Europe.

As a motivated and dedicated individual, Chris works collaboratively with Clients to develop long-term relationships which deliver excellent outcomes. Chris has worked across many sectors and utilises his depth of experience to provide clear and consistent advice which allows Clients to make timely and informed decisions which add value and reduce risk.

Chris’s principal Clients have included Grainger, Derwent London, Land Securities, U+I, Hutchison Whampoa, Helical Bar, and European Land.
