James Clark, Partner



James has tremendous experience of leading cost and project management teams on significant and complex schemes and works well within a team environment. He has a passion for ensuring the delivery of successful outcomes and a keen understanding of how projects need to respond to the business objectives of his Clients.

With over 25 years experience in commercial development, James has been involved in a wide variety of projects and has successfully delivered for Clients including Helical, British Land, Land Securities, Stanhope, MEPC, Northacre, Kier Property, Blackstone, CPPIB, and QNB Capital.

James is an active member of the British Council for Offices and sits on its Board of Management. He was a member of the Central London judging panel for the BCO Awards and played a central role in the 2000 and 2005 revisions of the BCO Guide.
